AMC's most frequently asked questions


Q: How does AMC make any money?
A: The vendors are nice enough to pay a small percentage to AMC, which is used to pay for banners on different websites telling people about AMC.

Q: I need help with my order, who do I contact?
A: Each vendor has both an email address and a phone number you can reach them at.

Q: I'm a vendor, too. How do I get listed on AMC?
A: Only websites powered by CrystalCommerce are eligible for this exclusive service.

Q: I noticed a bug in the AMC system, who can I tell about it?
A: Email a detailed description to support@allmagiccards.com, and we will fix it.

Q: How much is shipping for my order?
A: Each vendor offers different shipping options, so it will vary. We do not allow AMC vendors to overcharge for their shipping, so the price you pay will be fair for the shipping service you choose. Remember that a "handling charge" will often be added to help cover the costs of the packaging and the employee time spent packing/processing your order. If you have concerns or comments please contact the vendor directly.

Q: It's been over a month and I have not received my cards, what do I do?
A: To prevent this, we recommend that you ALWAYS opt for a shipping service with Online Tracking or Delivery Confirmation. The first step is to contact the vendor, they can tell you the status of your package. If there is still an issue that cannot be resolved you should then file a dispute with your credit card company or with Paypal (whichever you used for payment). This should always be a last resort. After all is said and done you will have the opportunity to leave feedback about your buying experience with the vendor (good or bad).

Q: The vendor I bought from is not responding to my emails or phone calls, what do I do?
A: AMC Vendors are held to a very high standard. Please give 2 full business days for an AMC vendor to respond to your inquiry. If you have still not received a reply by this time, please send a polite follow up email. As they say, you get more bees with honey. If at this point you are still not able to communicate with the vendor via email or phone please send an email to support@allmagiccards.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.
